These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Clubevia services across our mobile app and web platform.
By creating an account or using Clubevia, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and are responsible for activity performed through their account.
2. Service scope
Clubevia provides club-related management and member features, which may include member management, announcements, reservations, queue features, and billing/payment workflows, depending on profile and club settings. Additional features described below require activation or configuration by a manager.
Public events
When a manager chooses to make an event visible outside the club, app users can find it in event discovery without being a club member. Share links may open a public event web page.
Managers are responsible for published content (text, location, images) and for sharing only appropriate information. They must comply with applicable law and respect third-party privacy when publishing addresses or other data.
Live broadcasts (YouTube)
When a club configures a public YouTube video for playback in the app, viewing occurs through the YouTube player/embed provided by Google. By watching, you may also be subject to YouTube and Google terms and policies.
Audiovisual content (the stream, comments, metadata shown by YouTube itself, etc.) is the responsibility of the club and/or the owners of the YouTube channel or video; Clubevia does not host those videos on its own servers.
Managers and clubs: when configuring the YouTube link or identifier in the dashboard for in-app playback, the club represents that the video is public, that embedding is allowed as required by YouTube settings, and that the streamed content complies with applicable law, third-party rights (including copyright), and YouTube's own terms. The club is responsible for improper or unlawful configurations and, to the extent permitted by law, holds Clubevia harmless from claims related to the configured video, channel, or broadcast.
3. Acceptable use
You must not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, reverse-engineer protected parts of the service, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
4. Payments and billing
Clubevia may include recurring and one-time billing flows. Payment processing may rely on third-party providers (e.g., Mercado Pago), which are subject to their own terms.
Dashboard subscription (manager → Clubevia): the amount may include a base fee, a per-member component, and, when enabled for the club, a per-public-event component counted in the subscription's billing cycle, subject to included quota and current pricing. By marking an event public, the manager acknowledges it may be included in the next charge; unpublishing within the same cycle does not remove it from billing, while deleting the event does. Operational details are shown under Settings → Dashboard subscription.
Club-to-member charges (dues, Pix, etc.) are separate and remain the club's responsibility, even when processed through the platform.
5. Intellectual property
Clubevia and related software, marks, and content remain the property of Clubevia and/or its licensors. These Terms grant usage rights only and do not transfer ownership.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, limit, or discontinue features as needed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clubevia is not liable for indirect damages, external network/provider failures, or losses resulting from misuse of credentials by users, nor for failures, interruptions, or content displayed by third-party services accessed via embedding (such as the YouTube player).
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of Terms violations, fraud/abuse, security risk, or legal/regulatory requirements.
9. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.
