How we collect, use, and protect personal data across app and web.

Ler em Português

This Privacy Policy explains how Clubevia ("we") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data across our mobile app and web platform.

By using Clubevia, you acknowledge and agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Data we collect

  • Account and profile data: name, email, phone, CPF, club name.
  • Password data stored securely (hashed).
  • Authentication/session data, including cookies and tokens.
  • Usage and device data: IP, browser/device info, operating system, timestamps.
  • Billing/payment data and transaction identifiers/history.
  • Push notification token (Expo Push Token), when permission is granted.
  • Optional profile photo in the app: an image you choose from your library or capture with the camera, uploaded to our servers for display in the service (for example, your account profile and court queue). We only access photos when you start that upload; we do not scan your photo library.
  • Biometric unlock is processed locally on-device; biometric templates are not stored on Clubevia servers.
  • Precise device location (GPS): only if you grant permission on the App's Events screen to sort public events by proximity. Coordinates are sent with the request and are not persistently stored on our servers.
  • Public event content (provided by the club manager): title, date, description, type and sports, location (address and/or city), club name and avatar, and optional flyer image. This content is visible to authenticated app users in event discovery and, when shared, on a public event web page (without requiring club membership).

Public events and location

When a manager marks an event as public, Clubevia may display that information to any app user and on shareable links. Addresses supplied by the club may be used ephemerally (during the request) to estimate proximity when sorting results; we do not keep a persistent geocoding history of those addresses for this purpose.

Your device location is used only if you grant permission in event discovery; you can filter by city without sharing GPS.

2. How we use data

  • Authentication, account security, and session management.
  • Service operation for app/web features.
  • Payment processing and billing reconciliation.
  • Operational communications and service notifications.
  • Display optional profile photos in club features (visual identification among members and the club manager, when you uploaded an image).
  • List and sort public events in the app (including ephemeral use of addresses to estimate proximity and, with your permission, device coordinates in the request).
  • Display shareable public event pages (social previews and open-in-app when available).
  • Fraud prevention, abuse detection, and legal compliance.
  • Service reliability and product improvement.
  • Aggregated web traffic and page usage measurement (Vercel Web Analytics, when enabled on hosting) to understand visits and improve the website.

3. Third-party services

We may share data with essential service providers, including Mercado Pago (payments), Expo/APNs (push notifications), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (file storage, such as profile photos, calendar images uploaded by managers, and public event flyers), and Sentry (error monitoring, when enabled). On the Web, we may use Vercel Web Analytics (Vercel) for aggregated visit statistics without direct identification of data subjects for marketing purposes.

A profile photo uploaded in the app is linked to your account and may be shown to other users in the same club (for example, in the court queue) and to the club manager. The image URL is served through contracted storage infrastructure (Vercel Blob).

When you watch an embedded YouTube broadcast in the app, Google (YouTube) may process technical and usage data under the Google Privacy Policy and applicable YouTube terms, in addition to Clubevia's processing needed to operate the feature (for example, the video URL/identifier configured by the club).

Screens that show embedded third-party content (such as the YouTube player) may involve cookies or similar technologies from the provider; check your device/browser settings and the provider's policy for details.

On the Web, Vercel Web Analytics (when enabled) collects aggregated navigation data using a cookieless approach as described by the provider, without traditional marketing tracking cookies for that purpose.

4. Data retention and security

We retain data as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, enforce rights, and maintain security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data. Profile photos are removed from our servers when you delete them on the Account screen in the app or when you delete your account.

5. Your rights

Under applicable laws (including LGPD), you may request access, correction, deletion where applicable, portability, and additional information about personal data processing.

To delete your account in the member app or Clubevia Account, open Account → Delete my account in the app. To remove only your profile photo, use the option on the Account screen. For other requests, see our Support page.
